FMCN uses a monitoring system that allows us to measure the impact of the initiatives we support.
OPERATIONS MANUAL
It contains information on how FMCN identifies and prepares project proposals for which it obtains funding.
It describes the procedures for the use of financial resources by FMCN and by its providers, consultants, and resource recipients. Among the latter are organizations that carry out sub-projects, as well as those that manage the Annual Operating Plans (POA).
